This piece is called "Simple Life". The quote on the page is by Bilbo Baggins in "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" and the back round is the Shire. 

This piece is called "A New Day Will Come". It is a line by Samwise Gamgee in "The Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers" as he is talking about how the powers of Mordor will fade.

This piece is called "A Dangerous Business". The quote is Bilbo Baggins. Frodo Baggins reminds Sam Gamgee that Bilbo says this at the beginning of their quest in "The Lord of the Rings: the Fellowship of the Ring"

This piece is called "A Red Day". This quote is what King Theoden of Rohan tells his men at the Battle of Pelennor Fields in "The Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King"
